As of Thursday, March 10 2022 at 5:40 AM, the hazardous travel policy for the state is implemented for March 10, 2022 for the following affected areas:


Troop A

Serving 13 counties in West Missouri: Bates, Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clay, Henry, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte, Ray, and Saline.


Troop H

Serving 15 counties in Northwest Missouri: Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, and Worth.

Hazardous Travel Policy will be in effect for Monday, March 8, 2022 for Troop H only

Pursuant to Missouri State Policy SP-9

Office of Administration has implemented the State of Missouri's Hazardous Travel Policy in specific impacted regions of Missouri until 11:59 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2022 for the following area:

Troop H - Serving 15 counties in Northwest Missouri: Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, and Worth. 

The travel policy is not in effect for any other troops at this time.

As of Monday, March 7 2022 at 5:11 AM, the hazardous travel policy for the state is implemented for March 7, 2022 for the following affected areas:


Troop H

Serving 15 counties in Northwest Missouri: Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, and Worth.

Hazardous Travel - Troops A, C, D, E, F, G, I

Pursuant to Missouri State Policy SP-9

Out of an abundance of caution with tomorrow's winter storm warning, the Office of Administration has implemented the State of Missouri's Hazardous Travel Policy in specific impacted regions starting at midnight tonight through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, February 24. The impacted areas include the counties located in the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop Regions A, C, D, E, F, G, and I. The travel policy is not in effect in the Troop Regions H and B regions at this time. 

As of Wednesday, February 23 2022 at 5:04 PM, the hazardous travel policy for the state is implemented for February 23, 2022 – February 24, 2022 for the following affected areas:


Troop A

Serving 13 counties in West Missouri: Bates, Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clay, Henry, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Platte, Ray, and Saline.


Troop C

Serving 11 counties in East Missouri: Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, Perry, Pike, St. Charles, St. Francois, St. Louis (county), Ste. Genevieve, Warren, and Washington.
