General summary

This is a professional position responsible for evaluating and assessing current practices to identify treatment alternatives and strategies for the delivery of programs and individualized services, reporting evaluation and assessment findings, and preparing corrective action recommendations to management for approval.

Knowledge, skills & abilities

Knowledge of accreditation and certification standards and their application to state or privately operated facilities.  Ability to formulate quality improvement plans to improve efficiency.

Typical qualifications

Master’s degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
