This is a professional level position accountable for promoting economic development activities in the State. Employees at this level determine marketing needs and opportunities; and collect, analyze, and present economic, demographic, and social information to senior level professionals. Employees also develop and present training and promotional seminars for local businesses, government, and community leaders.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing, economic development, research, and promotion. Ability to travel in the performance of assigned duties.
Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
