Senior Economic Development Specialist

General summary

This is a senior-level professional position accountable for evaluating highly complex and sensitive projects with statewide or international impact. Employees at this level provide technical assistance and guidance to other professional staff related to work methods and the establishment of new program procedures. Employees plan, coordinate, and implement statewide or international activities; and review, evaluate, and certify applications from businesses, communities, and individuals.

Typical qualifications
