This is a first-level professional position accountable for conducting real estate or property transactions which require knowledge of specific laws, rules, regulations, policies, etc. related to a transactional area. At this level, employees work independently and are solely accountable for work performed.
Knowledge of the requirements, regulations, and procedures governing leases and contracts for services and commodities relevant to the operations of leased facilities. Knowledge of current leased facility operations and related services to include procurement, budgeting, and planning requirements. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid vehicle operator’s license.
