This is a first-level professional position accountable for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of electronic gaming devices, casino computer systems, and associated hardware components and software programs. Employees in this class will conduct on-site monitoring and inspections ensuring compliance in accordance with established procedures, policies, rules, and regulations. Will also conduct, document, and participate in the technical investigation of alleged violations, incidents, and complaints.
Knowledge of Missouri rules, regulations, and established policies and procedures pertaining to electronic gaming devices, casino computer systems, and associated hardware components and software programs. Knowledge of electronics and computer technology testing, verification procedures, and computer networking. Ability to meet precise standards, and conform to strict tolerances. Ability to identify, isolate, and resolve technical problems. Ability to travel, including overnight stays and possible out-of-state travel, operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a valid vehicle operator’s license.
Bachelor’s degree and 1 or more years of related experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
