Electronic Gaming Security Supervisor

General summary

This is a supervisory electronic gaming security position accountable for managing and coordinating program activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of electronic gaming devices, which includes inspecting and monitoring electronic gaming devices, casino computer systems, and related hardware and software. Establishes and updates rules, policies, and procedures governing electronic gaming devices and related gaming equipment. At this level, supervision includes hire recommendations, training oversight, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these positions to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

Knowledge, skills & abilities

In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Knowledge of personnel management policies and procedures. Ability to independently plan, assign, review, organize, and direct assignments.  Ability to be on-call and respond to work needs at any time.

Typical qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 of more years of related experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
