This is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing the work of vocational-level positions in inspecting and investigating compliance with business or professional licensure and regulation requirements. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, planning and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform the work overseen.
In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Knowledge of the principles of supervision and training. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate the work of field inspectors.
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
