Vocational construction administration position accountable for assisting in the coordination of construction projects. Employees assist in preparing plans and specifications for projects which includes scope of work and cost estimates. Observes work crews and contractors for compliance with project work plans and objectives.
Knowledge of building trade areas and the materials, equipment, tools, and methods used. Knowledge of construction and trade areas safety requirements and methods. Ability to identify construction issues and propose resolutions.
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in construction projects. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
